At Nakhrewali by Avni, we offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Return:

• Item must be unused and in original packaging

• Must include invoice and tags

• Return request must be made within 7 days

Non-Returnable Items:

• Discounted or sale items

• Customized products

Refund Process:
Once the product is received and inspected, the refund will be initiated within 7 business days via the original payment method.

Cancellations:
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after 12 hours.
